Pilgrim Tract Society is a religious organization based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, serving churches across India.
Our work is rooted in Christian faith and focuses on practical areas of service, including education, children's welfare, healthcare outreach, Christian literature, leadership development, and relief.

Our Activities

Theological Education
We provide theological training for pastors, church workers, and Christian leaders from across India.
There are three training programs each year in January, May, and October.
The program has attracted students from many different states, including regions in North and South India.
Our Training Approach
The training includes biblical and theological subjects designed to help students develop their understanding of Scripture and prepare for responsible ministry.
Students receive teaching and study materials that they can continue to use after returning to their communities.

It's a Girl Project
The It's a Girl Project provides care and support for vulnerable girl children in the Christian community during their early years, from 3 months to 3 years of age.
The project helps children receive proper nutrition, healthcare, and loving support during this important stage of development.
Our Focus
The project provides essential nutritional support to encourage healthy growth and development, supports families in ensuring that children receive necessary immunizations, and helps facilitate timely medical care when health needs arise.
It also works closely with parents, guardians, and local caregivers to provide consistent care and support for each child.

Christian Literature
It has been an important part of the work of Pilgrim Tract Society.
PTS translates, publishes, and distributes Bible-based books, tracts, and other resources to support pastors, church workers, theology students, churches, youth groups, and fellowship groups.
Our publications are designed to make Christian teaching and biblical resources accessible to people across India.
Resources are produced in English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and other regional languages according to need.
Through this work, PTS seeks to make useful Christian literature available for personal study, teaching, church ministry and fellowship.

Little League Leadership Training
Our three-day training camp brings together youth from the local Christian congregations for deep scriptural study, spiritual bonding, and fellowship.
This program empowers young people by strengthening their biblical understanding, leadership skills, and sense of community through collaborative activities.
Through scripture memorization, peer discussions, creative arts, and teamwork, participants build discipline, accountability, and confidence.
Ultimately, these gatherings offer a sanctuary for children to grow in their faith, forge lasting friendships, and cultivate Christian values for their daily walk.

Disaster Relief
Natural disasters can place great pressure on families and communities. We seek to reach out with practical support when communities are affected by floods, cyclones, earthquakes, and other major emergencies.
Our relief efforts may include distributing food and essential household supplies to families facing difficult circumstances.
Wherever possible, PTS works through local networks to understand community needs and provide assistance where it is most needed.
Through disaster relief, we seek to respond with compassion, care, and practical support during times of crisis.

Medical Camps
We organize free medical camps with churches and local Christian networks, bringing essential healthcare services directly to the heart of the community.
These initiatives provide general health assessments, basic medications, and treatment for common illnesses.
For cases requiring advanced intervention, our local representatives help patients find specialized care.
Our mission remains focused on sustaining this vital outreach through periodic screenings, with a special emphasis on women's health and serving underprivileged rural areas.
